I wasn’t given the option to buy a 512gb ssd when I purchased my machine (pavilion x360 14t-dh100CTO). I wonder if anyone has replaced the 16gb/256gb optane/ssd combo with the 32gb/512gb one? I’m about to buy one and see if it works. Part No. L77996-001

I think I have a Samsung 970 EVO 500GB laying around I could install as well too.

Thank you for the detailed guide! I have the exact same model and my wife spilled water on the keyboard a month ago. I have dried it out completely but the keyboard still does not work properly. I want to order one on ebay to replace it but I was wondering if you had the exact part # for it? Is it 14m-dh0001dx? I went to the link mentioned in Step 15 of the article but there are many different part #’s available. I haven’t taken mine apart yet, I would like to wait until I get the replacement part in if possible. Thanks!

In reply to Francisco. I don't know. Never paid attention to letters. :) M.2 SATA SSD usually has 2 keys. M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD usually has 1 key. I buy NVMe SSDs here: https://amzn.to/39SEshg Prefer Samsung.

what “key” is the m.2 nvme ssd? is it a “b”, “m”, or a “b and m” key??

In reply to Michael Homan. I haven't done it on this model yet but it looks like the fan is attached to the heatsink so they have to be removed together. There are four screws attaching the heatsink to the motherboard and two/three screws attaching the fan to the case. Remove all the screws, disconnect the fan cable from the motherboard and remove the heatsink/fan assembly.

Where is the bluetooth module? I’m having issues with garbled sound and would like to take a look at the BT module when I upgrade the RAM.
