A great guide. This is the second time in the last twelve months I have used this guide for my Acer Aspire 5745G laptop. The problem I have is dust getting to the extremely inconveniently located CPU, leading to overheating and random crashes. By using this guide and then applying compressed air from a can to the CPU I am able to purge the dust from it and my laptop is running as good as new again. It seems that I will need to do this once a year, as the week previous my laptop crashed twice which it had nor done for a year since my first dust purge of the CPU in November last year (2013).
