No, it’s not possible.
Take a look at the data sheet for Amilo L7300 notebook:

It says the laptop has integrated video with 64MB shared memory. The video chip is integrated into the motherboard and cannot be replaced or upgraded.

I removed the link because it was dead.
The hardest part is removing the keyboard bezel but it’s not difficult. When the bezel removed, you can easily access both memory slots under the keyboard.
