I’m trying to fix a Presario v2000, when I turn it on the screen has the symptom number 2. I connected the inverter from my Acer 5100 (while the Acer was on) to the Presario’s screen and it went on with a reddish color. I wonder if I have to change the inverter, the CCFL tube or the whole lcd screen.

I think this is the backlight lamp failure.
You can try replacing the backlight lamp, but it’s not easy.
Instead of replacing the backlight lamp, I would suggest replacing the entire screen. Your new screen will have a new backlight lamp inside.
