@Ron i believe its an .iso image which you have to burn to a disk so you can reboot your computer and boot into it and run it that way…
if you have windows7/vista i believe it has its own memory diagnostics program, or at least mine does… i know you can find it by pressing F8 upon boot up after you see the bios, and i think you can find it inside windows also but i cant remember where its hidden atm

I have downloaded it on the dektop, the question here how can i run it and what type of extension it is?? i have trying running or open it but it kept on request ing me to select a program which i dont know. Any suggestion and help will be apreciated..
